This award is for the New Gen Leaders of HR. The nominee shall be at Second level in the hierarchy of the HR Structure within the Organization. The winning individual in this category will demonstrate a talent for disrupting tradition and taking the HR component forward in new and exciting directions – to great effect.
HR and Social, belong together. The eligible project/s shall be from HR Leaders who have significantly contributed to the Social Impact their Organization creates. The project/s mentioned shall be talking not only about the involvement of the employees & the management but also about any innovative practices that were invoked.
The Diversity and Inclusion award recognizes organizations and leaders who have diversity and inclusion at the heart of their business, providing constant support and opportunities to women, people from diverse backgrounds, disabled people and other minorities.The project/s shall be about initiatives with a clear narrative that clearly indicates why the Diversity & Inclusion strategy was implemented and how it is linked to broader business strategy.
The Innovative HR Practices Award is awarded to the organization that has demonstrated the importance and positive impact of innovative HR practices in the organization. The purpose of the award is to recognize an organization that aligns successful HR programs and practices with the company’s business objectives.
